šŸŽŸļø Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final. Weā€™re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for missed shows, schedule changes, or general cancellations. However, we understand life can throw curveballsā€”so in extreme circumstances (like a natural disaster, serious illness, or sudden venue closure), weā€™ll gladly review refund requests. Please email us within 7 days of the event with details and documentation. Weā€™ll handle these case-by-case with a smile.


šŸ›ļø Merchandise Purchases
Love our merch but need to make a return? No problem! Unused, unwashed, and tag-attached items can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Just email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item. Once approved, weā€™ll process your refund or exchange. Note: We canā€™t accept returns for used or damaged items (unless itā€™s our faultā€”let us know ASAP! Details below).

  3. Merchandise Warranty: All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of defects at the time of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
